Hello, I'm Johanna, and I'm thrilled to have you here! As a seasoned designer with a wealth of experience in UX, UI and Service Design, I've had the privilege of collaborating with world-renowned clients and serving as an in-house designer. My passion lies in product development, eCommerce and design leadership where I’ve contributed the most during recent years.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including Smart TV features for Samsung and an app used by 7.5 million Swedes. My expertise spans across multiple industries, from financial services to retail and manufacturing, granting me a well-rounded perspective in the world of design.
One aspect that sets me apart is my deep understanding of the impact that design decisions can have on a company's success, particularly when it comes to data-driven insights. With a double Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, I've also ventured into the realm of research, delving into the intricacies of HCI and its profound implications for user experiences.
I take great pride in leading teams and structuring projects from inception to completion, ensuring every aspect of the process aligns harmoniously. What truly excites me is the ability to make a positive impact and foster a thriving work culture!
But there's more to me than just work:
I grew up in the Nordic capitals, both in Helsinki 🇫🇮 and Stockholm 🇸🇪. I also had the joy of spending 3 years in London.
I immersed myself in improv theatre for a 5-year journey, honing my spontaneity and creativity on stage.
I'm always reading multiple books at a time, which means it takes forever to finish a single book.
