I currently work at Thomson Reuters Lab for Applied Innovation. In my work, I define and execute customer experience strategies and design new services for various expert user groups. I work mainly for the financial industry using technologies such as machine learning and blockchain. I’m directly involved in creating and managing development sprints and product backlogs.
